WHAT'S NEW

VHF-Band, 1KW High Power, Directional Up-Link Antenna
Frequency: 400 - 450 MHz

This antenna is a pair of resonant Star-Pole dipole design, constructed and fed to obtain a circularly polarized beam of energy. Each Star-Pole is directly fed by an integral balun to provide the proper matching impedances. Since the radiating elements are of 1/4 wave design, they appear as a bent crossed dipole configuration. Each Star-Pole balun contains a D.C. ground. This configuration allows for built-in lightning protection and a direct path for any excess heat build-up to be dissipated by the EIA coaxial feed-line.

Advanced Coastal Surveillance Radar Antenna
Frequency: 10.0-15.0 GHz

This Antenna is a unit of the ACSR. The unit is placed outdoors near the sea, on a high platform or on top of a mast. The unit is constructed to perform in the ocean exposure environment, with continuous azimuth rotation, 20/40 rpm CW or CCW for 24 hours a day, all-year operation.

Blade Sensor Antenna
Frequency: 2.42 GHz

This antenna design standard or custom mounting base at little or no additional cost. Connector types may be specified. For use on aircraft with speeds up to Mach 3.

The narrow profile, high velocity, blade has a forward direction width of only one eighth inch. This provides excellent aerodynamic characteristics with minimum drag. The ground return feed system incorporated in the antenna eliminates the nulls which characterize the normal stub antenna thus creating a near hemispherical coverage.
